Another happy Ivison customer!

Here’s a great pic of Neil Ivison handing over a custom built Black Limba Dakota to delighted Leo & Ted’s customer Julian at the London Guitar Show last week. We made the deal on Julian’s new guitar back in the summer at the Brighton Guitar Show, and it’s been a pleasure working with Julian and Neil to bring the build to fruition. Julian specified Sunbear 59PAF in the bridge position, and a humbucker sized SunBird in the neck position – this together with the striking grain pattern of the lightweight Black Limba makes for a unique instrument which looks and sounds fantastic. Oh, and Neil carved the neck specially to match Julian’s preferred ’65 C profile. Nice job!
