Leo & Ted’s launch Auden Guitars

We’re delighted to announce that we are introducing the Auden range of quality acoustic guitars. Initial stocks have arrived and will be added to the website over the coming days. “What?” I hear you ask “You’re Leo & Ted’s ELECTRIC Guitars, what’s all this acoustic stuff all about?”. Well, in addition to performing outstandingly when played acoustically, every Auden guitar comes fitted with a brilliant Brad Clark Supernatural preamp and pickup system, so you can plug ’em in – that’s good enough for us! Also these guitars fit well with our ambition to bring you the Best Of British in guitar craftsmanship. Although the basic guitars are made in a purpose built workshop in China, each instrument is meticulously completed in Auden’s UK workshop in Northamptonshire. Each guitar is subjected to several hours of expert attention including neck setting, fret levelling and crowning, fret end rolling, fret polishing, bone nut making and installation, bone composite bridge making and installation, tuner installation and fitting of the Brad Clark electric- all before final testing and quality sign off. It is this attention to detail that makes all the difference and results in guitars that have a growing reputation for rivalling or bettering some of the more famous American acoustic guitar brands.
