Auden have a growing reputation in the acoustic guitars market for producing the instruments which balance the highest quality with great value. Produced from carefully selected tone woods, the basic guitars are manufactured in a purpose built facility in China, from where they’re shipped to the Auden workshop in the UK. Here, a team of expert luthiers complete the instruments, doing all the work that ensures Auden Guitars play outstandingly well – this includes precision fretwork, hand-finished nut and bridge installation, and the installation of the superb Brad Clark Supernatural pickups system which ensure the guitars sound just as good amplified as they do when played acoustically.

The Auden Artist Mahogany York is takes all of the credentials of Auden’s steel string guitars and applies them to a Nylon String 00 size guitar, with a resonant satin finish AAA cedar top with maple binding and AAA grade mahogany sides and back. The neck joins the body at the 12th fret, and is smooth satin finish mahogany, with an 16″ radius rosewood fretboard. The light weight lacquer used in the production of Auden guitars allows the instrument to reverberate beautifully projecting a beautifully bright and clear tone.
