Great example of the highly collectible Gibson R8 in beautiful Washed Cherry Sunburst finish. This historically accurate custom shop guitar features a 1-piece Mahogany body, Maple top, thin nitro finish, Mahogany neck with a comfortable chunky rounded 50’s profile and Rosewood fingerboard, reissue Kluson deluxe tuners, and nickel hardware. The weight of this Les Paul is also very comfortable at 8lb 4oz. Plugged-in, this is what Les Paul’s are meant to sound like, with the PAF inspired Custom Buckers delivering all the classic Gibson tones you’d expect. The guitar is in beautiful condition, with just a minor blemish on the back from where the guitar has been on a stand, and comes with the original hardcase and paperwork.
