The new PJD St John Standard is a solid bodied offset guitar featuring belly cut and arm rest contours. Fitted with a PJD Parkins Cream P90 and a Wadfather Zebra Coil Humbucker – these scatter hound wound pickups provide a huge dynamic range with a clear and expressive voice. The lightweight Obeche body of the Standard is resonant and musical, which makes long stints on stage, practicing or in the studio comfortable. The plain maple neck features a silk screen decal, drilled truss rod access and tinted lacquer for a vintage inspired aesthetic. A 25.5 inch scale length provides plenty of brightness and a familiar string tension. PJD’s ultra comfortable modern medium C shape neck has a 10 inch fretboard radius and medium Jescar 55090 frets.
